Animated drama "Kripachka" in cinemas: Famous actors, international cooperation and an award at the festival
Animated drama "Kripachka", a joint project of four countries, opened in Ukrainian cinemas on July 11, causing a real stir among moviegoers. Famous actors and an award at a prestigious film festival make this film an event not to be missed.
Joint project of four countries
"Kripachka" is the result of close cooperation between Poland, Serbia, Lithuania and Ukraine. The tape was created under the direction of the spouses Dorota Kobieli and Hugh Welchman, who have already proven themselves thanks to the Oscar nomination for their previous film "With Love, Vincent".
Famous actors in the main roles
The main roles in "Krypachka" are voiced by such stars as Natalka Denysenko, Nataliya Sumska and Vitaly Gordienko, who is also the founder of the popular YouTube channel "Squad of Movie Lovers". Their voices give the characters a unique charm and depth that makes viewing even more exciting.
"This is a drawn story of unlove, which touches the heart of every viewer, " FILM.UA said.
Award at the film festival
The film has already managed to win the main award at the Mykolaychuk OPEN international film festival, which took place from June 15 to 23 in Chernivtsi. This confirms the high quality and significance of the work for cinematography.
Directing and technical aspects
About 100 artists from four countries worked on "Krypachka". The animators created about 85, 000 pictures for the film, which required enormous effort and time. This made it possible to bring to life complex action scenes and give the film a unique visual style.
Historical context and plot
The events of the tape take place at the end of the 19th century in the Polish village of Liptsi. The story of the beautiful Yagna, who is forced to marry the rich widower Boryn, resonates with many modern issues, such as patriarchal society and personal freedoms.
"Despite the crimes of the Russians, yesterday's event confirms that cultural life in Ukraine continues, and Kyiv remains an indomitable city that stands for victory, " the Polish Institute in Ukraine emphasized.
"Kripachka" is not only a film, it is a real event that united artists from four countries and became a symbol of the indomitability of Ukrainian culture in the conditions of war. Such projects give hope for a better future and emphasize the importance of international cooperation.
