1.2. The User's personal data during registration, ordering, purchasing and booking tickets, ordering delivery and/or other additional services is received by TICKETCRM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (legal entity identification code: 33552086, further referred to as “TICKETCRM LLC”).).
1.3. The Customer must carefully read this Privacy Policy and express his/her full consent to the processing of his/her personal data by marking the box granting permission to process his/her personal data during registration and/or ordering.
1.4. The Customer is not allowed to use the website  https://ticketsbox.com and any other websites, mobile applications, products and services offered for use by TICKETCRM LLC and its licensors, if he/she does not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1.5. The Customer gives his/her clear agreement to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the purpose set forth in this Privacy Policy and the Public Offer of TICKETCRM LLC. 1.6. The Customer is responsible for his/her actions when using the website https://ticketsbox.com and all other websites, mobile applications, products and services offered for use by TICKETCRM LLC and its licensees, and the actions of persons acting on his/her behalf when using them.
1.7. The Customer understands and realizes that his/her negligent attitude to the security and protection of his/her personal data and authorization data may lead to the fact that third parties may gain unauthorized access to the account, personal and other data of the Customer and/or persons on whose behalf he/she acts. In this case, TICKETCRM LLC shall not be responsible for any losses and other consequences of such unauthorized access caused to the User and/or persons on whose behalf they act.
1.8. A sufficient notification of the Customer about the inclusion of his/her data in the database of TICKETCRM LLC will be a notification letter sent to the Customer's e-mail address specified by him/her during registration and/or ordering. 

2. WHAT INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COLLECTED

2.1. For the purpose defined by the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Public Offer of TICKETCRM LLC (https://ticketsbox.com/en/offer) TICKETCRM LLC may collect the following information and personal data: 
  • surname, name and patronymic, gender, contact phone number of the Customer and/or persons acting on behalf of the Customer and/or persons on whose behalf the Customer acts, city, delivery address (in case of providing ticket delivery services), e-mail address, etc.
  • name and identification code of the legal entity, individual tax number and other information about the legal entity (including, but not limited to: contact numbers, e-mail address, etc.) if the customer of tickets and/or the customer of services is a legal entity;
  • Cookies for the purpose of determining the operating system, type of the Customer's devices, the browser used by the Customer and providing the Customer with the services depending on this;
  • User's IP address.
2.2. All information and data is collected on an “as is” basis and is not changed by TICKETCRM LLC in the process of its collection. 

3. PURPOSE OF USING INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The name, surname, patronymic of the User, e-mail address, password for access to the personal account and/or the name and identification code of the legal entity may be used to identify the person as the Customer (ticket buyer, service customer), provide him/her with the relevant services and improve their quality.
3.2. To send correspondence and information messages to TICKETCRM LLC, the name, surname, patronymic and/or title of the Customer, details, contact numbers, e-mail address of the Customer and/or persons on whose behalf the Customer acts and/or persons acting on behalf of the Customer may be used.
3.3. The contact information of the Customer and/or persons on whose behalf the Customer acts and/or persons acting on behalf of the Customer may be used in mailings, notifications of cultural and entertainment events and news, additional services, promotions or special offers from TICKETCRM LLC and its licensees. The Customer may always refuse to receive such mailings and notifications in a written notice or in the appropriate section of his/her personal account.

4. ACCESS TO PERSONAL USER DATA

4.1. TICKETCRM LLC does not share the Customer's personal data with third parties without the Customer's permission.
4.2. TICKETCRM LLC creates all conditions for the protection of the Customer's information and data in accordance with the terms of the current legislation.
4.3. Disclosure of personal data without the consent of the Customer or a person authorized by him/her is allowed in cases determined by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic welfare and human rights, at the reasonable request of the competent authorities.

5. CHANGING AND DELETING USER INFORMATION AND DATA

5.1. The Customer may change or delete his/her information and data at any time by using the settings of his/her personal account. Providing the Customer with access to the website https://ticketsbox.com and all other websites, mobile applications, products and services offered for use by TICKETCRM LLC and its licensees, and providing the relevant services to the Customer may be suspended and/or terminated from the moment the Customer changes or deletes his/her information and data necessary for using them.
5.2. A sufficient notification of the Customer about the deletion of their personal data will be a letter (information) sent to the e-mail address given by the Customer during registration and/or ordering.

6. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

6.1. TICKETCRM LLC leaves the right to change the terms of the Privacy Policy by publishing a new version of the Privacy Policy on the website https://ticketsbox.com.
6.2. The Customer agrees to periodically review the terms of the Privacy Policy to be informed about how TICKETCRM LLC protects the Customer's information and data.
6.3. TICKETCRM LLC is not responsible for any damage and losses incurred by the Customer and/or persons on whose behalf the Customer acts and/or persons acting on behalf of the Customer and/or any other third parties as a result of misunderstanding or failure to understand by the Customer and such persons the terms of this Privacy Policy, instructions, guidelines and rules of use of the website https://ticketsbox.com and all other websites, mobile applications, products and services offered for use by TICKETCRM LLC and its licensees.

7. FINAL REGULATIONS

7.1. In the case that any provision of this Privacy Policy, including any clause or part thereof, is found to be invalid or contrary to law, all other provisions that do not contradict the law shall remain in force and effect, and any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed amended, corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability, from the moment the relevant changes are made to this Privacy Policy.
7.2. The terms of this Privacy Policy apply to the Customer from the moment the Customer has agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy and has given his/her consent to the processing of personal data.
