Bohdan Ruban: From school desks to star projects

Ukrainian actor Bohdan Ruban, known for his roles in the series "Trace" and the film "#SelfieParty", recently shared touching memories of his school years. As a child, he studied at the school where his mother worked, which created a special atmosphere for the future star.

Under the close supervision of my mother

Bohdan Ruban tells how his mother, a teacher at the same school where he studied, had an influence on his upbringing. "I remember that in the first lesson I was seated at the first desk, the first teacher's name was Shkryoba Inna Valentynivna. She was a friend of my mother, who was also a teacher at this school, so I was completely under her control, " the actor admitted.

Love for the English language

From an early age, Bohdan felt that English would be important for him. "At the energy level, I felt that I would need it in my future life, so I am currently acting in English-language projects, " he said. School teachers left an unforgettable mark on his life, in particular, class teacher Nonna Viktorivna, algebra and geometry teacher Lilia Vasylivna, and Russian language teacher Valentina Andriivna.

Life lessons from school

But the most valuable thing Bohdan received at school were life lessons. "The most important lesson I learned from my school years: you don't have to follow the crowd, but you have to stick to your opinion. And if you believe in something, you have to focus on it and move towards your goal, no matter what, " the actor shared.

Bohdan emphasized that he will always be grateful to his teachers for the fact that they helped him feel like a child and became his second parents. "If I were to meet my teachers now, I would thank them for letting the child feel close to them and taking on the role of second parents, " he said.
