According to EL Kravchuk, his talent and personality deserve a deeper perception. The singer admits that in his youth he was often evaluated superficially, focusing only on his appearance.

"When I was 25, I wanted to be a deeper person, and I was perceived as a sex symbol and quite superficially. It's also a bit sexist. If a person is pretty, so what? And I didn't like it very much, " Kravchuk noted.

He emphasizes that now, at 47, his age allows him to be a more serious interlocutor and make more informed decisions both on stage and in life.

EL Kravchuk shared his unique approach to nutrition, which, in his opinion, helps preserve youth and health. The singer believes that it is necessary to eat like primitive people, consuming simple and unprocessed food.

"Why do I look like this? I think you should eat like a primitive man who lived 10 thousand years ago. Man changes very slowly. We think that the changes that occur in the body over time push us, for example, to eat sausages, some kind of processed food, " Kravchuk shared.

According to him, the diet should include meat, cereals and berries, as our distant ancestors did. He also does not deny himself wine, which he considers art.

"Alcohol is a little bit, but I love wine. And wine was also drunk at that time. Wine is an art. You don't need to get drunk with wine. It's for taste, for mood, " the singer noted.
