War as a catalyst for change

"How has my environment changed? You know, before the full-scale invasion, Levchyk spoke Russian for a while. To be more precise, at that time he pronounced two words - 'da' and 'papa'. With the beginning of a full-scale war, Nikita and I set an example teach him to speak Ukrainian, " Dasha admitted.

Now her son speaks exclusively Ukrainian, and this change is an important part of their lives. The blogger is very proud of her Ukrainian-speaking boy.

"How have I changed? I probably grew up very quickly and took responsibility for myself, my child and for what I broadcast. I realized how important it is, " said Kvitkova.

Dasha also shared her experience about how the war made her a more conscious and responsible person. She understood that it is important not only to survive, but also to maintain mental and physical balance.

Motivation for a healthy lifestyle

"I advise girls to find motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle. The motivation can be yourself or other people, it doesn't matter, the main thing is to find it and do everything through discipline, " Dasha advised.

The blogger shared her traditions: every morning she donates to charity, after which she goes to the gym. This helps her release negative energy and stay in shape.

"To love yourself is when you defend your own boundaries, you don't allow people to insult you, " Kvitkova said.

Dasha emphasizes the importance of accepting yourself with all your emotions and experiences. She learns to let go of those who don't appreciate her and choose herself, which she says is a key aspect of self-love.

"I am very pleased with the attention from men, but now my heart is free and I am happy, " answered Dasha.
