The famous Ukrainian journalist and presenter Dmytro Gordon shared shocking details about his real estate. During an interview on the TSN YouTube project "Alone", the showman admitted that the war forced him to review his financial assets and significantly reduce the number of apartments he owned.

Changes during the war

Before the war, Dmytro owned about 19 apartments. However, now he is left with only seven. Such a radical change is connected with his decision to transfer capital to more stable and profitable commercial real estate.

"At the time when I was a deputy of the Kyiv City Council and the law passed that deputies must make declarations, I did it. I had 19 apartments then, but I still had a lot of office and commercial real estate. Today, I have seven apartments. I sold most of the apartments and put the money into commercial real estate, " Gordon explained.

Secrets of commercial real estate

The showman also mentioned the presence of a certain commercial real estate, which is often visited by Ukrainians, not even realizing that it belongs to him. However, Gordon decided to keep this information a secret, noting that only his tax inspector knew about it.

"Yes, there is. It's a trade secret. Only my tax inspector knows about it, " he intrigued.

Conclusions and perspectives

This decision of Dmytro's shows his foresight and ability to adapt to new conditions. Selling residential real estate and investing in the commercial sector can be a sound financial move in uncertain times. Only time will tell if he will be able to save and increase his assets.
