In a world where the show must go on, Ukrainian singer, choreographer, and showman Dmytro Kolyadenko has set his boundaries firmly. Amidst the full-scale war, Kolyadenko, known for his vibrant persona in the showbiz scene, is meticulously choosing his performance engagements to ensure he doesn't share the stage with representatives from the aggressor nation.

Kolyadenko's Resolute Stance

"I won't perform with anyone from the aggressor country. If they tell me to, I won't go. And if they deceive me and someone from there shows up, I won't step on stage, " Kolyadenko declared in an unexpected revelation. This statement not only highlights his patriotic stance but also marks a defining moment in his career amidst the ongoing conflict.

A Change in Relationships

Kolyadenko, who maintains friendly ties with many Ukrainian stars, confessed that his perception of some artists has shifted since February 24, 2022. He candidly expressed his bewilderment over certain famous Ukrainian men currently residing abroad during the critical times for their homeland.

"I have friendly relations with everyone. I just don't like the guys who are abroad during the war. Potap, Vynnyk, Vlad Yama – I won't perform with them. Do whatever you want! But I'm working in Ukraine."

Stars Abroad and the Rising Tensions

The situation with artists such as Oleh Vynnyk, who resides in Germany, Potap frequently posting from Spain, and Vlad Yama living with his family in the USA, adds layers to the already heated discourse. Kolyadenko's refusal to perform with these 'fleeing stars' has stirred conversations about patriotism and responsibility among celebrities during wartime.

Kolyadenko's stance raises questions about the role of public figures in times of national crisis. His decision to stay active in Ukraine echoes the sentiment of resilience and commitment to his roots.
