Ukrainian singer Jamala, known for her victory at Eurovision 2016, shared her vision for the future representative of Ukraine at the 2025 song contest, which will be held in Basel. She expressed her hopes for the participation of three talented performers who, in her opinion, can represent our country with dignity.

Revenge for Yulia Sanina?

Yulia Sanina, the frontwoman of the band The Hardkiss, was close to going to Eurovision back in 2016. Her song "Helpless" won the first place according to the jury, but the result of the audience vote sent Jamala to the competition with the track "1944". Will Julia be able to win the hearts of the audience and the jury this time?

KOLA and Tayanna: New Hopes

According to Jamala, KOLA and Tayanna can become real surprises of the 2025 National Selection. Both performers already have experience participating in the competition and are ready to try their hand again. "When we don't know what to sing, send girls who can sing, " jokes Jamala, hinting at their vocal abilities.

Another important change in the National Selection process was the appointment of Tina Karol to the position of producer instead of Dmytro Shurov (Pianoboy).
