Global mega-stars always attract the attention of millions of people. Jennifer Aniston, known for her incredible physical form, shared the secrets of her healthy lifestyle.

Cardio training: the key to heart health

Jennifer Aniston prefers cardio training to maintain heart health and overall body condition. She says she works out almost every day, spending 40 minutes on either spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination of all three.

"I work out almost every day. I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, elliptical, or a combination of all three, " says Jennifer.

High-intensity training: fast results

Aniston also actively engages in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which helps to reduce weight without excessive time in the gym. She also enjoys yoga and strength training.

"I still love yoga and cardio, but these days it's interval training. I think switching muscles is important, " the star adds.

Traveling does not interfere with training

Staying active even while traveling is important to Jennifer. She always takes dumbbells with her and does exercises even in hotel rooms.

"I take dumbbells with me when I stay in a hotel, " the actress says.

Balanced diet and healthy snacks

The actress does not burden herself with extreme diets. She prefers healthy snacks like 70 percent dark chocolate and strawberries with peanut butter. In the morning, Jennifer drinks warm water with lemon to speed up the metabolism.

Zonal diet and protein shakes

Aniston follows the zone diet, which involves a balanced diet of 30% proteins, 40% carbohydrates and 30% fats. In the morning, she usually prepares a protein shake with spinach, berries and other healthy ingredients.

"I make a quick shake with protein powder, spinach, maca powder, berries and vitamin C powder, " she says.

Light margarita and lots of water

For Jennifer, it is important to maintain balance in everything. She prefers a low-carb margarita with silver tequila and lime juice, and drinks up to 3 liters of water daily.

"It's basically silver tequila with lime juice shaken. It's a cleaner margarita. No sugar, no mixes, no agave, " Aniston adds.

Rejection of fad diets

With age, Jennifer abandoned fad diets and chose a more balanced approach to nutrition and training. She believes that consistency and a healthy approach are the keys to success.
