FANCON 2024: Transformers, Enchantresses and Wild Robots took over Kyiv!

Large-scale festival FANCON 2024 in Kyiv

FANCON 2024, which took place in Kyiv on June 8-9, became a real holiday for all fans of modern pop culture. Tens of thousands of people gathered together to meet their idols, enjoy a cosplay show and take lots of selfies with their favorite movie characters.

Transformers: the beginning

This year has become special for Transformers fans. Visitors had a unique opportunity to meet sworn enemies Optimus Prime and Megatron, who came straight from Cybertron. They introduced the new animated film Transformers: Inception and a new character named Jazz.

"It was my dream to dub a movie. It's so cool: to sit in a movie theater and hear your voice on the screen! I've always envied everyone who dubs. For 32 years, I cherished the dream of trying my hand at dubbing. And I'm very glad that it was finally unlocked" – shared the host of the show, Fima Konstantinovsky.

The animated film "Transformers: The Beginning" will be released on the big screens already on October 10.

Bright photo zone "Wicked: Enchantress"

Especially for FANCON 2024, a bright photo zone "Wicked: Enchantress" was created, which impressed visitors with its scale and beauty. The location is decorated with more than 300 tulips and bright sakura. Guests had the opportunity to try on the images of the ambitious Glinda and the mysterious Elphaba. The premiere of the film will take place on November 27.

A fantastic journey with a wild robot Roz

A wild robot named Roz also visited the festival. An incredible 3D photo zone allowed guests to immerse themselves in the fantastic world of animation. LED screens on location added realism, creating unforgettable impressions. The film about Roz's adventures is released in theaters on October 17.
