Finalists of the National Selection for Junior Eurovision 2023
Six talented vocalists have become finalists of the National Selection for Junior Eurovision this year. After thorough vocal auditions and participation in the summer "star school", Public Broadcasting officially announced the main contenders for victory.
Star moments of selection
This year, the finalists were announced during the release of the music reality show "Junior Eurovision Diaries". They performed live to the accompaniment of composer Yevhen Khmara, which added special charm and uniqueness to the event.
Getting to know the finalists
13-year-old Anastasia Belibova from the city of Yuzhnoukrain, Mykolaiv region, 12-year-old Angelina Glogus from Ternopil, 10-year-old Zlata Ivaniv from Odesa, 11-year-old Veronika Kogan from the Kharkiv region, 12-year-old Ilya Konovchenko (ILKO) from Kharkiv, who temporarily lives in Switzerland, and 12-year-old Artem Kotenko from the city of Okhtyrka, Sumy region, will compete in the final for victory.
Creative process
Although the finalists do not yet have their songs to perform in the finals, on September 15 Eurofans will be able to see the process of creating competition applications for the finalists. Famous Ukrainian musicians Svitlana Tarabarova and Yevhen Triplov will write the songs, and the participants will be divided between them by drawing lots.
"The final performances will take place on September 22 at 6: 00 p.m. This is an event not to be missed!" - note the organizers.
Support of presenters
This year, presenters will provide moral support to young participants, creating the most comfortable conditions for them to show their talents.
Final thoughts
An incredible show awaits us ahead, where each finalist will be able to express themselves to the fullest. Despite their young age, these children are already showing incredible talent and dedication to their dreams.
