Epic Premiere: "When Will You Get Married?" Sets New Record!
The cinema world buzzed with excitement as the much-anticipated gala premiere of the romantic comedy "When Will You Get Married?" took place at the Oscar cinema in Kyiv's Gulliver Mall. Bringing together an impressive audience of around 700, the event filled four cinema halls, marking it as one of the most significant film events of the year.
Stars Shine on the Green Carpet
The premiere was a star-studded affair with leading actors Nathalia Denysenko, Antonina Khizhniak, Taras Tsymbaliuk, and Pavlo Tekuchev gracing the green carpet. The atmosphere was electrifying as director Olexii Komarovskyi and producers Andrii Nohin and Olexii Lymarenko welcomed guests. The evening was expertly hosted by the film's creative producer, Volodymyr Ostapchuk, who kept the audience entertained with his lively commentary.
A Cinematic Showstopper
The premiere was not just about watching a movie; it was a full-fledged entertainment spectacle. The actors shared behind-the-scenes stories, including intriguing facts about utilizing artificial intelligence. Komarovskyi revealed how AI helped recreate scenes from 19th-century France, a pioneering achievement for Ukrainian cinema.
A Romantic Surprise
In a twist that could have been scripted for the movie itself, one of the event's guests proposed to his beloved during the premiere. The public responded with a wave of applause, while the film crew presented the newly engaged couple with a painting by Ukrainian artist Yana Shapovalova.
The film, a co-production among Ukraine, Slovakia, Croatia, and Latvia, set a new financial benchmark for Ukrainian films, being entirely funded by private investments. Following its release in over 190 theaters across Ukraine, it will also premiere in Europe, the USA, and Canada, available in both original and dubbed versions.

As the creators embark on a promotional tour, visiting cities like Odesa, Lviv, and Vinnytsia, the film promises to not only entertain but also surprise audiences with its quality and innovative approach to Ukrainian filmmaking.
