Khrystyna Hornyak reveals the details of the division of property with Volodymyr Ostapchuk: what the former lovers did not share

The ex-wife of Volodymyr Ostapchuk, notary public Khrystyna Hornyak, shared her insights into the situation with the division of joint property. In an interview, she said that she was unable to reach a peaceful solution to the issue of the joint house purchased in 2021. According to Khrystyna, she does not want to go to court because of the possibility of freezing real estate.

Real estate without an amicable solution

According to her, the dialogue with her ex-husband was unsuccessful. Khrystyna tried to solve the problem herself, but she did not receive support from Volodymyr. "I offer, but they do not go to dialogues with me. I am an adequate person. I understand that the house is the joint property of the ex-spouses", she said.

A court decision is not an option?

Khrystyna, as an experienced notary, understands that going to court can lead to the seizure of real estate. "If we go to court, it will be disputed property. It will be seized, and this house will just freeze. It will not be useful to anyone, you know? I am against such a situation, " she explained.

Regrets the decision

Interestingly, after the divorce, Volodymyr promised to give the house to Christina, but she refused. Now the notary regrets her decision. In addition, the exes did not have time to complete the renovation of the house, so Ostapchuk did it with his new wife, Kateryna Poltavska. What's more, Volodymyr issued her a residence permit without Khrystyna's consent, which made the latter quite angry.

Public showdowns

In April, Khrystyna even staged a public showdown with Poltavaska, but this did not lead to changes in the issue of property division. Currently, the showman's new wife still lives in the house. It is also known that Kateryna Poltavska and Volodymyr Ostapchuk are expecting a child, and at the beginning of August, the couple celebrated a gender party, having learned the gender of the baby.
