Ukrainian choreographer Ilona Gvozdyova surprised her fans by announcing her health problems.
Ilona Gvozdyova: a windmill in adulthood
In her photo blog, Ilona shared the news that she got chickenpox. The star of the dance world was forced to cancel all plans and go into forced isolation.
Psychosomatics and stress: causes of illness
Ilona pointed out that chickenpox at the age of 35 is much more difficult to bear than in childhood. She attributed this to her fast pace of life and exhaustion of the body.
"I got chickenpox. And I'll tell you, at the age of 35, this disease is very hard to bear, and sometimes I want to climb the ceiling because of the pain, itching and forced isolation, " Gvozdyova admitted.
Internal conflict and psychosomatics
Friends of the choreographer point out that chicken pox in adulthood can be the result of an internal conflict between desires and obligations. The body seems to force you to stop, rethink your life and let go of unresolved problems.
"The body goes into a block and makes you stop, think, remember unclosed gestalts, unprocessed and unexperienced images!" - said Ilona.
Return to health and new plans
Despite the difficult period, the dancer is already feeling better and is sharing her progress with her fans. She is sure that this experience will help her rethink her life and find new ways for self-realization.
