She disclosed her commitment to this method on the show "Svitanok" on M1, revealing that she adheres to a 20-hour fasting window, consuming only one meal a day. Her typical meal? A simple soup, perhaps a salad, with a modest portion of meat or liver.
"I am on intermittent fasting. I don't eat for 20 hours. Then I eat once, and that's it. It's usually some soup, maybe a salad, and perhaps a piece of meat or liver, " Kamaliya explained.

The artist's weight gain was exacerbated by a combination of stress, radiation exposure, hormonal therapy, and surgery. "I've gained weight. Due to stress, the start of the war, after radiation, hormonal therapy, surgery, I gained weight. I can't reach my previous shape, no matter how hard I try. No matter how much I train, I've been on intermittent fasting for 1.5 months, but the weight barely moves, " she confessed.
