"Oceanu Elza" concert in the metro: The indomitability of Ukrainians in times of danger

In Kyiv, on October 16, an event took place that will remain in the memory of the citizens for a long time. The concert of the Ocean Elsa band on the occasion of the 30th anniversary, which was held at the Sports Palace, was interrupted by an air alarm. But this did not stand in the way of music, which is known to unite hearts.

An unexpected turn of events

Around 9: 00 p.m., Kyiv shuddered from the Shahed attack. Instead of going home, the fans together with the musicians went down to the "Palace of Sports" subway. And here, in the underground shelter, a real miracle began - the concert continued, but in a new format.

"It was a magical atmosphere of unity and support. We felt the real power of music!" - recalls one of those present at the impromptu party.

Music that is not subject to threats

The musicians did not leave their fans behind. They also went down to the subway and performed "Hugs" together with the fans, a song that has become a symbol of support in these difficult times. The Kyiv metro turned into a concert hall, and everyone present became a part of this symbolic event.

Symbol of unbreakability

This case once again emphasized the indomitability of the Ukrainian spirit. Despite all the dangers, music does not subside, but on the contrary, becomes a powerful force of unification. Ocean Elsa once again showed that music is not only entertainment, but also a way of support, unity and indomitability of a nation.
