Tonya revealed that even eight months after her mother's funeral, she still finds it hard to believe that Nina is no longer with her. "When I sing, I feel a connection with my mother, " she shared. "Through the song, I meet her on stage. It's hardest to sing 'Kvіtka dusha'. It feels like she's just gone on a tour."

Tonya also shared that her late mother visits her in dreams. "For the first time, it happened two months after she passed away, " she said. "Now I dream about childhood memories.
