Balancing the myriad roles of actress, television host, and mother to three children is no easy feat, yet Lilia Rebrik, a renowned Ukrainian figure, seems to have mastered the art. In a recent conversation, she shared her insights into how she manages to keep all aspects of her life in harmony.

The Energy of Family: A Wi-Fi Connection

Rebrik describes a mother's role as being the "Wi-Fi energy" in a family, emphasizing the importance of maintaining that energy to keep the household functioning smoothly. Delegation, she insists, is key.

"Often, women burden themselves with too much, leading to exhaustion and a lack of joy, " Rebrik explains. "I have learned to delegate tasks, turning my family into a team where everyone has their responsibilities."

Growing Love with Each New Member

The birth of their third daughter, Adelina, has only enriched the love within the Rebrik household. Instead of dividing love, Rebrik believes in multiplying it. "With each child, our love grows exponentially, " she says, illustrating a family dynamic where time is spent both collectively and individually with each child.

Balancing Romance and Parenthood

Lilia and her husband, Andriy Dykyi, make it a point to preserve romance in their relationship, despite the challenges of parenting three children. "Romance evolves, but it can be found in the simplest of moments, " says Rebrik. Whether it's enjoying a morning coffee together or managing a brief escape, they find ways to keep the spark alive.

Facing Challenging Times with Resilience

In times of uncertainty, such as the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Rebrik stresses the significance of creating a positive atmosphere at home. For her, the festive spirit is about making deliberate choices to uplift one's mood and thus inspire the family.

"We are learning to smile despite everything, " she asserts. "The true spirit of resilience lies in not allowing adversities to steal our joy and celebrations."

As the holiday season approaches, Rebrik plans to spend time with her family, cherishing the warmth of togetherness and the shared anticipation of brighter days ahead.
