Five years ago, the singer lost 15 kg in three months, doing intensive training. This time, the artist plans to lose weight by 5 kg in a month, of which she has already lost 2.5 kg.
"I decided to train seriously three days a week, 5-6 trainings a day. It's half as much as on 'Dances'. But I know that everything is possible. In two weeks I will forget about fatigue and laziness and try to get in shape" Dancing for the coming fall, " Nataliya noted.
