Start of takeoff: Latvia and Ukraine

Stas Shurins, a Latvian singer who has been talked about for a long time on all media platforms, took his first steps on the stage in Latvia. Already then, his talent was noticed by numerous producers, which became a kind of ticket to show business. After numerous victories at competitions, Stas set out to conquer the Ukrainian scene, where his vocal abilities gained immense popularity.

Top: "Star Factory" and "Dancing with the Stars"

Already in 2009, Shurins became a participant in the third season of "Star Factory", where he demonstrated not only vocal, but also authorial talents. The victory in the final secured his place among the brightest stars of the Ukrainian scene. This was just the beginning. In 2011, he took part in "Dancing with the Stars" together with Elena Poole, where he won first place again.

Turning point: Leaving the stage and personal drama

However, as is often the case, success came hand in hand with personal challenges. In 2013, due to the serious illness of his beloved, Stas decided to temporarily leave the stage and move to Germany. He worked as a postman to provide for his family, but did not abandon his dream of music.

A new start: Germany and charity

After his wife's recovery, Shurins returned to music again, taking part in "The Voice Of Germany", where he reached the final. He successfully presented the song "You Can Be", dedicated to the Paralympians, and donated all the money earned to the needs of children with hearing and vision impairments.

A look into the future

Today, Stas Shurins continues to live in Germany, having opened a recording studio there. He not only makes music for himself, but also writes tracks for other artists. After the start of the war in Ukraine, Stas actively spoke out against aggression, calling for peace. Although his activity in social networks has decreased, Shurins does not lose hope of returning to the big stage.
