Unexpected duet: HAS and NIKITIN created a new hit "I pray"

Today, the Ukrainian music scene was confused by the premiere of the long-awaited track "I pray". This song was the result of an unexpected collaboration between one of the most famous Ukrainian hip-hop artists HAS and the talented vocalist Artem Nikitin, who returned to the stage under the new name NIKITIN after a four-year hiatus.

A sudden meeting that changed plans

The story of their union turned out to be rather unexpected. A chance meeting, which initially involved a short-term collaboration, turned into a strong friendship and creative alliance.

"We met completely by chance, and at first we thought that our cooperation would be one-time. But in the process of work, it became clear that we are on the same wavelength. It was not just a creative union for one or two times - we became good friends, " he shared HAS.

The symbolic return of NIKITIN

For NIKITIN, this track became a landmark moment in his career. After several years of silence, he felt the need to return to music, and KAS became the one with whom he wanted to create something new.

"After a break of about 4 years, I began to think about returning to the stage. At that time, Khas and I resumed communication and initially planned to revive one of my old songs, but in the end we decided to create something new, start with a clean slate." - said the artist.

Inspiration from sleep

One of the most interesting moments of creating the track was NIKITIN's inspiration. He wrote the chorus to the song "I Pray" after a dream where he saw his ex-girlfriend, who is now a famous singer.

"When I gave this part to Khas, he really liked it. For me, it was a confirmation that I haven't lost my skills yet and I'm ready to return to the stage, " the singer admitted.

Therapy through creativity

HAS emphasizes that their collaboration was not only a creative process, but also a personal therapy for both.

"It seems to me that our cooperation with Artem can be called karmic. We have known each other for a long time, but only now we decided to create something new and common. It happened exactly at a time when we both needed it very much. We were both in a depressed state: Artem missed music, and I was exhausted by it, " said HAS.

The track "I'm Praying" is already available on all music platforms, and the music video is starting to gain popularity on YouTube. Their collaboration demonstrates how music can become a means of sublimating emotions and finding new meaning in life.
