The approach of the Christmas holidays always brings with it warm family evenings, hot chocolate and, of course, favorite cinematic traditions. The Nutcracker has long been a part of this list, although not a traditional Christmas movie. But this year, Netflix plans to change the rules of the game and offer viewers a new explosive thriller that could become another must-see film for winter viewing.

Theron Edgerton and Jason Bateman: New star team

Theron Edgerton, known for his roles in Kingsman and Rocketman, and Jason Bateman of The Ozarks have teamed up for a new project called Carry-On. This duo promises real cinematic chemistry, which we will see on December 13 on Netflix.

Exciting plot

The plot revolves around the young agent Ethan, played by Egerton. His normal day at LAX turns into a nightmare when he receives a mysterious earpiece. Through him, a mysterious stranger, whose role is performed by Bateman, demands permission to carry a dangerous cargo on board the plane, otherwise it will turn into a tragedy for a person close to Ethan.

Tension and intrigue

This movie promises to be suspenseful till the very end, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. Director Jaume Collet-Serra, known for his works "Black Adam" and "Jungle Cruise", creates an atmosphere of danger and intrigue, keeping us in suspense from the first to the last minute.

"This is a film that makes you think about the question: how far are you willing to go for the ones you love?"

What else to expect?

In addition to the star cast, Sofia Carson, Daniel Deadweiler and other talented actors will also appear in the thriller. Their characters add depth and drama to this story, which promises to be another Christmas hit.

The film "Hand Baggage" is trying to take its place among the cult Christmas pictures, and perhaps this film will become a new tradition for moviegoers during the holiday season.
