The Jager Music Awards 2025, a beacon of recognition for independent music in Ukraine, has officially opened the floor for submissions in its dynamic Young Blood category. The spotlight is on emerging artists, offering them a platform that could potentially redefine their musical journeys.

Nurturing the Future of Ukrainian Music

For the 2025 edition, the awards introduce a triad of accolades under Young Blood: Juri Choice, Brand Choice, and People Choice. Nine winners will emerge, each receiving a 50, 000 UAH grant to breathe life into their creative visions. This is not just a financial boost; finalists will have the chance to shine in front of leading industry experts and benefit from mentorship by musicians who once stood where they are now.

A Philanthropic Beat

This year, every vote cast on the nomination website converts into 56 UAH for charity. The philanthropic spirit is further amplified as winners in primary and special categories are granted donation certificates of 50, 000 UAH to contribute to a charity of their choice, pushing the total value of donations and prizes over 2 million UAH.

"The awards aim to provide fertile ground for as many branches of the music industry as possible, " shared project manager Eugenia Stryzhevska. "By recognizing those who amplify Ukrainian music, we're supporting both local and global initiatives that foster industry unity."

Celebrating the Heartbeat of Local and Global Sounds

Beyond the Young Blood category, Jager Music Awards 2025 will honor those dedicated to spreading and developing Ukrainian music globally. New nominations like “Local Idea of the Year” and “Global Idea of the Year” will focus on groundbreaking music projects, tours, and festivals that have made waves both at home and abroad.

A Vibrant Jury and Vision

The jury, composed of Ukrainian and European music experts, including renowned producer Stimming and manager Karsten Fuhrken, promises a rigorous selection process. According to Alex Perera, brand manager of Jägermeister Ukraine, the awards' concept celebrates the unity and diversity of Ukrainian regions, each resonating with its unique musical heritage and culture.
