Ukrainian defender and the main hero of the new season of the romantic show "The Bachelor, " Alexander (Teren) Budko, has opened up about his participation in the project. The war veteran revealed what motivated him to become the hero of the 13th season of the famous show during an interview on the YouTube channel "No One Will Watch This".

Alexander emphasized that he was pleased with the fact that the STB channel, which airs "The Bachelor, " announced his name even before the season began. "I am genuinely happy that STB announced my name before the season started; this is a first in Ukraine. I sincerely hope that the girls who are applying already know what I want, " stated Alexander.

Who is Alexander Teren?

Alexander (Teren) Budko is a Ukrainian serviceman and war veteran who, before the full-scale invasion, worked as a barista and studied graphic design. At the start of the war, he volunteered and took the position of platoon commander in the rifle battalion "Carpathian Rus, " adopting the call sign "Teren." During battles in the Kharkiv region, Alexander suffered a severe injury that led to the amputation of both his legs. He underwent rehabilitation in the USA and learned to walk again, but now on prosthetics.

Alexander's courage and resilience have made him a symbol of strength and determination. His participation in the show is not just about finding love but also about showing that life goes on, no matter the challenges.
