After a two-year search for the perfect home, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck decided to sell their luxury mansion in Beverly Hills. They hired famous realtor Santiago Arana of The Agency to find a new owner for their opulent residence. The initial sale price is $60 million.

The search for the perfect house lasted two years

The couple bought the home last year after looking at more than 80 properties in search of the perfect place for their blended family. However, their plans have changed and now they have decided to sell this estate.

Divorce rumors affect sales

Amid rumors of a possible divorce, sources say that Affleck and Lopez have been living separately for several weeks. Affleck lives in a rented house in Brentwood for $100, 000 a month, next to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Features of the mansion

This 6-acre estate includes a main building, a 10, 000 square foot guest house, and a caretaker's house. Also on the territory there is a parking lot for 80 cars, a garage for 15 cars and a sports complex with a swimming pool, basketball and boxing courts.

"The house is not for sale yet, but we are actively looking for a buyer, " the realtor reports.

More than fifty images of the luxurious interior and exterior of the mansion have already appeared on numerous real estate sites. Including Zillow.com, where the photos were uploaded on June 1st and June 5th.

Sources say that Jennifer Lopez is already actively looking for a new home, while Ben Affleck continues to rent an apartment in Brentwood. At the same time, Jennifer Garner remains an important support for Affleck during this difficult period.
