British TV presenter and star of the series "Dragon's Den" Sarah Davies recently revealed her secrets to successful weight loss. While filming the BBC business show last year, she experienced a "trigger moment" that prompted her to make a radical change in her lifestyle.

Trigger moment on the set

On one of the shooting days, Sarah discovered that she was wearing a size 50 dress and it deeply upset her. She admitted that for most of her life she hid her figure flaws under corrective underwear. This situation became a turning point for the TV presenter.

"I had to try on all my clothes and I was devastated. It was the biggest size I'd ever worn and it really upset me, " she shared.

Decisive steps towards change

After this incident, Sarah decided to take matters into her own hands. She gave up sweets and foods that contain a lot of carbohydrates, and also stopped drinking alcohol. Instead, she included more vegetables and kombucha, a fermented kombucha drink, in her diet. These changes helped her go from a size 50 to a size 46.

"I stopped eating chocolate and cakes, and I cut down on carbs and ate more vegetables than fruit, " Sarah said.

A healthy diet and a new figure

Currently, Sarah is enjoying her new figure. She emphasized that her diet is aimed not only at losing weight, but also at improving general well-being. This change has been extremely positive for her and has helped her feel more energetic and healthy.

"Now my diet is more about feeling healthy than about being thin, " she said.
