Shocking meeting: Ukrainian rapper Oleksandr Yarmak met with a captured Russian soldier
A recent incident that attracted the attention of all the media took place with the participation of the famous Ukrainian rapper and soldier Oleksandr Yarmak. A 23-year-old Russian serviceman who grew up listening to Yarmak's songs was captured by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And it was then that he had an unexpected meeting with his idol.
An emotional conversation with a prisoner
Yarmak shared his impressions of this meeting on Instagram. The singer admitted that he expected a different dialogue. He intended to tell the occupier about the harm of Russian propaganda, but realized that it would not work.
"In general, friends, it was a very emotional conversation. I thought I would be talking to a more or less convinced Horde, but it turned out that the dude is really from an orphanage. He didn't have the Internet and all the things I wanted to talk to him about the imperfection of the enemy ideologies - they simply did not work in this case, " Oleksandr said.
Change of plans and new conclusions
The singer also noted that there were topics they discussed off camera. He made an important conclusion: there is no need to pity the enemy, because they come to Ukrainian land with the aim of killing.
"And what I want to say... You don't need to feel sorry for them, they take weapons, they come here to kill Ukrainians, they don't shoot in the opposite direction, they shoot at us. And such an orphan can make many more orphans. That's why everyone, who came to our land must be destroyed forever! Russia must remember that Ukraine is painful, it is better not to touch Ukraine and leave us alone forever, " Yarmak emphasized.
New subdivision and forgotten language
At the beginning of the full-scale war, Oleksandr Yarmak volunteered for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Last fall, he headed the division related to the management of unmanned aerial vehicles.
Interestingly, the singer noted that the conversation with the prisoner was with a translator, because he had already forgotten the Russian language. "It was difficult to formulate thoughts. And it cannot help but please. I forgot and I advise you, " Yarmak emphasized.
This event once again reminded everyone about the importance of fighting for one's land and the need to destroy the enemy.
