The actress of the studio "Kvartal 95" Iryna Gatun, who earlier found herself at the epicenter of a scandal because of a joke about immigrants from Skadovsk, once again raised a wave of indignation among Ukrainians. This time she dared to make a joke, which, no doubt, will annoy many.

On Saturday, August 10, the recording of the concert "Edyny Kvartal" for Independence Day took place in Kyiv. During the performance, Iryna Gatun, performing a scene on the treadmill, allowed herself a sharp joke addressed to the Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko.

"So you say that his head was knocked off in boxing, and I'm afraid to even think that he could come up with something if his head hadn't been knocked off. He's the smartest person. He was able to make four of the three branches of the subway. Are you crazy? will they do that?" Gatun said publicly.

Public reaction

Reaction to this joke was mixed. Part of the audience supported the actress, considering her performance witty and brave. The other part, on the contrary, condemned her for inappropriate humor, believing that such jokes can offend many.
