The scandal surrounding Ivan Varshavsky on the TV show

Ivan Varshavskyi, a builder from Odesa, who at one time actively worked on the creation of the Baikal-Amur highway, recently found himself at the center of a scandal. During the television program "History of BAM - preservation of Slavic identity" he allowed himself humiliating remarks against Ukrainians, calling them "scumbags".

Taisia Povaly and her reaction

Singer Taisia Povaly, who was also present at the show, brazenly supported Varshavsky, laughing at his insulting remark. This caused outrage among Ukrainian viewers, because Povaliy added a comment in Ukrainian:

"And what are you going to do? That's how it is."

Meeting with collaborators

The program was attended by twelve families with Ukrainian roots who chose to support the terrorist regime and the genocide of their native people. Povaliy was invited not only to participate in the conversation, but also to perform Ukrainian songs. Despite all the efforts of Russia, it was not possible to replace domestic creativity and language.

Manipulation and hypocrisy

During the performance of the song "Red Ruta", Taisia Povaly, who previously supported ex-president Yanukovych, demonstrated her vocal abilities. Varshavskyi, who had previously allowed himself insulting remarks, could not hold back tears when he heard the words from the song "My native mother". Despite the picture, which tried to depict the friendship of peoples, this event became another example of manipulation and hypocrisy on the part of the collaborators.

Conclusions and consequences

Scandalous statements of Varshavskyi and support of Povaliy emphasize the seriousness of the problem of treason among some Ukrainians. These events are once again a reminder of the importance of preserving national identity and the inadmissibility of any disrespect for one's people.
