The singer from Volyn YAKTAK, aka Yaroslav Karpuk, recently impressed his fans with the new track "Lily" and its music video, but the shooting of the video turned into an unexpected incident.
An unexpected meeting with the police
During the filming of the clip in Uman, which took place just in the yards, local residents decided to call the police on the film crew. As Yaroslav Karpuk said, this was the first time when the filming of his video attracted the attention of law enforcement officers.
"We filmed it in Uman, somewhere just in the yards. And at some point the local residents called the police on us, " - shared YAKTAK.
Romance through difficulties: the essence of the new track
The new composition "Lilia" conveys the atmosphere of youthful love, which cannot be destroyed by any obstacles. According to the artist, this is "a story about love, which is felt in every look, every touch and every word." YAKTAK managed to capture the emotions that accompany young love, even in difficult conditions during the tour.

To create the track "Lily" YAKTAK used a mobile approach: the recording took place in different places during the all-Ukrainian tour. The singer admitted that he often recorded songs in the car, hotels or between concerts, using a speaker and microphones.
"I used my speaker and microphones. This is generally a standard story for us during the tour, " Karpuk said.

Despite the incident with the police, Yaroslav Karpuk and his team successfully finished filming and solved all the problems. The events surrounding the filming only increased interest in the new clip and gave it even more popularity.
