The event took place on the bustling highway connecting Lviv and Rava-Ruska, a route often bustling with traffic and tales of the unexpected.

The Unfolding Tragedy
The accident occurred when a 23-year-old BMW driver from the Lviv district veered into oncoming traffic, colliding with a DAF truck. The impact set off a chain of collisions, ultimately involving a Mercedes Sprinter van. Amidst the chaos, the BMW driver fled the scene, leaving behind a trail of destruction. Seven passengers of the Sprinter, including Renata, succumbed to their injuries, while three others, including both drivers and a passenger, were seriously injured.
