The evening trip by bus from Rzeszów to Poland was a surprise for Ukrainian actress Rimma Zyubina. The event, which was supposed to be an ordinary trip, turned into a vivid example of arrogance and lack of professional ethics. As the actress reported in her story on Facebook, the bus driver shocked the passengers with his loud phone conversation, which echoed throughout the cabin.

An unexpected meeting with a "professional"

Actress Zyubina, known for her sense of tact and ability to resolve conflicts, could not hold back this time. After fifteen minutes of long and loud monologue of the driver, she decided to intervene. It turned out that the "chatty" man who was so passionately sharing his thoughts on the phone was actually the bus driver.

Deaf driver

Zyubina politely asked to lower the volume of the conversation and concentrate on the road. The driver, however, only slightly lowered his tone, but did not complete the dialogue. The situation was becoming increasingly tense, especially given the night time and foggy weather.

"Night, fog, and a perfect driver. So why is it all like this?" Zyubina wrote.

A look into the future

This story raises an important question about the professionalism and ethics of our everyday heroes — public transport drivers. Can those responsible for the safety of dozens of people understand the importance of their role and avoid such situations in the future?
