Video manifesto from savED: Oleksiy Hnatkovskyi and teenagers call for support

The savED Foundation presented a new video manifesto, which became a real sensation. In it, the famous actor Oleksiy Hnatkovskyi together with five Ukrainian teenagers appeal to adults for support. What made these young people come together?

A star actor joins an important initiative

For many Ukrainians, Oleksiy Hnatkovskyi's name is associated with his role in the movie "Dovbush". But this time he decided to use his popularity for a socially important cause. "One day they will replace us and be better than us, but all this is impossible without the help and support of adults, " Hnatkovsky emphasized in his address.

Teenagers from different parts of Ukraine: their stories and aspirations

Teenagers from different regions of Ukraine took part in the video: Alyona and Nazar from Katyuzhanka in Kyiv region, Ivan from Mykhailo-Kotsyubinsky in Chernihiv region, Olesya from Yelanets and Sashko from Tsentralny in Mykolaiv region. All of them are participants in the UActive program, which helps children from small communities turn their ideas into reality. Their stories are inspiring and awe-inspiring.

UActive Program: Small Communities, Big Changes

The UActive program, launched by the savED foundation together with the American organization Spirit of America, has already reached about 500 teenagers from the Kyiv, Chernihiv and Mykolaiv regions. In a year and a half, program participants implemented 23 socially important projects and attracted more than $200, 000 in investments. These figures are impressive and demonstrate the power of the youth movement.

Video manifesto as a call to action

Creative producer Viktoriya Rybchynska together with her team filmed the manifesto in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, in particular in the village of Bohdanivka, where the local school was completely destroyed by the Russians. The savED Foundation works to restore access to education in war-torn communities and help children return to offline learning. Teenagers in the video also appeal to adults: "Help us not to get sick!"
