Every athlete, star or TV host has their secrets to success, but now they're getting candid about their mental health challenges. At the "Men's Mental Health in Ukraine" forum, famous Ukrainians talked about their own paths to harmony.

High expectations, constant pressure and responsibility before entering the ring become a challenge for many.
