On June 13 of this year, the bodies of the 46-year-old actor and his dog Hans were found in a car, which was the final chord in the star's life. Medical examiners from Arizona concluded that Benji's death was caused by heatstroke and the presence of serious health problems.
Heat stroke and liver cirrhosis
An autopsy showed that the actor's liver had a large number of scars caused by a long-term disease - cirrhosis of the liver. Also, the day of death was marked by an extremely high temperature, which could be fatal even for a healthy person. The combination of these two factors led to tragic consequences.
