Eurovision 2025: Bookmakers are already placing bets, the favorites have been determined

In May 2025, Eurovision will once again unite the music world in the Swiss city of Basel. Despite the fact that the competition is still eight months away, bookies are already taking bets on the winner, and the bets have turned out to be quite unexpected.

Early bets: Italy lead

According to the predictions of bookmakers, Italy has the highest chances of victory with 14%. Ukraine is in second place with 13%, and France rounds out the top three with 10%.

Switzerland and Croatia in the TOP-5

The host country, Switzerland, and Croatia are also among the five favorites. It is interesting that all these countries were in the TOP-10 at this year's Eurovision, which only adds intrigue to the upcoming contest.

Not all countries have confirmed their participation in Eurovision-2025. Among those who have already announced their delegation to Switzerland, in particular Ukraine and Cyprus. Only Cyprus announced its representative - singer and actor Theo Evan.
