The YUNA National Music Award Organizing Committee has announced a new date for the 9th YUNA 2020 ceremony - September 14, 2020.
According to the decision of the founder of the award Zahur Mohammad and co-founder and part-time general producer of YUNA Pavel Shilko, the YUNA 2020 ceremony will take place, despite all the difficulties and circumstances.
“Back in March, with the introduction of a nationwide quarantine, the entire team of the prize organizing committee had no doubt that the YUNA ceremony would take place! Will it be in March, May or September - not such a fundamental issue, - Pavel Shilko commented. - The main thing is that the award will be held when it is safe for the audience, artists and the award team. We know and believe: YUNA must go on! ”
According to the organizers, the previously announced list of artists who will perform at the YUNA 2020 ceremony remains relevant. At a grand gala concert on September 14, musical numbers from MONATIK, MELOVIN, MARUV, BEZ OBMEZHENI, Artem Pivovarov and the duo Alina Pash & KRUT are waiting for the audience. The organizers are intriguing and say that a series of no less high-profile names will be announced closer to the event. The show will be hosted by showman Vladimir Ostapchuk, who is preparing a roast of stars at the ceremony.
Recall that the award was to be held on March 24, but with the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine, the organizers of the YUNA National Music Prize decided to postpone the date of the ceremony to May 26, and then to September 14.
