Zoryana Marchenko, known for her vibrant role in the series "Poki stanytsya spy't", has once again captivated audiences with her latest performance in "Poklyk Kokhannya". In this new project, Marchenko portrays a character of noble spirit, a stark contrast to her previous on-screen persona.

From Youthful Love to Mature Reconnection

The narrative of "Poklyk Kokhannya" revolves around the rekindling of a youthful romance between Anna and Andrii. Their youthful dreams were interrupted by life's inevitable separations. Twenty years later, fate has brought them back to their hometown, each carrying their own burdens. Andrii, a war veteran, struggles with his sight, while Anna, played by Marchenko, battles her own past.

"This story shows that true love can survive any obstacle, " says a source close to the production.

Life Imitates Art: Zoryana's Personal Journey

Much like her character, Zoryana's real life is filled with twists and turns. Her love story with Russian actor Oleksandr Vedmensky led her to Moscow, where she attempted to build a new life. However, the challenges she faced were insurmountable, leading her back to Ukraine with her daughter.

A Bold Stance in Uncertain Times

When the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began, Vedmensky offered refuge, but Marchenko chose to stay true to her roots, returning briefly to the Netherlands before settling in Kyiv. Her daughter's name change from Agafiya to Agata symbolizes a reclamation of identity amidst personal and national turmoil.

New Love and New Beginnings

In Kyiv, Zoryana found love anew with a man from behind the scenes of the film industry, marking a fresh chapter in her life. Her story is one of resilience, forging a path forward despite the shadows of her past.
